Empowering Innovation At Bridging Horizons 2024 By ASSOCHAM

It was a moment of immense pride when our Founder and CEO, Rohir Naik, was invited as a guest speaker at the second series of Bridging Horizons: A Confluence of Industry, Institute and Innovation, organised by the ASSOCHAM Goa State Development Council in collaboration with the Department of IT, Electronics & Communication, Government of Goa.
This event happened on December 12, 2024, at the Government Multipurpose College in Borda Margao. The event brought together industry leaders, academic pioneers, tech enthusiasts, policymakers and aspiring students for in-depth conversations about the future of advancements in technology, and entrepreneurship in Goa.
Coderix, as an IT and Digital Marketing firm in Goa with a history of 12+ years in the field as Third Eye Technologies, is built on a foundation of talent development and innovation. Since 2019, as we revamped with a new age name “Coderix”, we’ve continued this legacy, believing in bridging the gap between industry and academia and empowering future entrepreneurs. Our participation in this event was significant, directly aligning with our core mission. Our Founder & CEO, Rohir Naik, provided valuable insights on embracing emerging market opportunities, enhancing employability through targeted skill development and strengthening industry-academia collaboration.
The interactive session with young entrepreneurs and students at Bridging Horizons showcased the potential of Goa’s young tech minds.
The lively discussions with students and entrepreneurs showed how crucial mentorship and teamwork are for creating new ideas. We learned that true success means giving back and helping build a stronger tech community. The event provided a platform for meaningful connections and knowledge exchange, reinforcing Coderix’s goal of pushing tech forward and supporting entrepreneurs. It proved that when experts from different fields come together, real innovation happens with diverse ideas that build a foundation.
We’re thankful to ASSOCHAM Goa State Development Council, the Department of IT, Electronics & Communication, the Government of Goa and Shri Mangirish Salelkar for organizing and putting together such a great event. Being there really showed us that Goa can become a major centre for tech and startups.
At Coderix, we remain dedicated to contributing to this journey, mentoring future leaders and driving transformation through technology.
Let’s continue to embrace these opportunities and build a brighter future together.
